TO THE }HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
Now comes the incorporated City of Ea1ess, Tarrant
County, Texas, by and through its attorney of record, Walter
E. Jordan, and hereby moves said Court to authorize the County
Clerk to enter on the minutes of said court a judgment nunc
pro tune certifying the election of a Ilayor, Marshall and five
Alderman of the City of Euless on November 11, 1950.

Euless is a munical corporation, incorporated under
Chapter 11, Title 28 of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes . Said
City of Euless was incorporated at an election duly authorized
by this Court on th4 23rd day of September, 1950.

On the 1 lth day of November, 1950, a duly authorized
election of officers was held at the schoolhouse in the City of
Euless, Texas, and the following officers were elected:
Mayor - R. a. Fuller, with 25 votes x a = i�;4+t'� county,

Marshall . E. V. Anderson, with 29 votes
Aldermen:
C. A. Horton - 33 votes
S. W. Mills - 31 votes
A. E. Tillery - 26 votes
W. T. Arnett 25 votes
G. L. Anderson - 23 votes
The aforenamed officers duly qualified as such, entered upon
the duties of said offices it nedirlte1y after the election and
have continued to perform said duties.

The movant now shows that for the purpose of completing
the election proceedings an order nunc pro tune should now be

Euless on November llth, 1950, and certifying that said officers
aforenamed were duly elected.

On thisl3th day of November, 1952, came on to be
heard the Potion of the City of Euless for the entry of a
judgment nunc pro tunc certifying the results of an election
of city officials held in the schoolhouse in said City of
Euless , Texas, on the llth day of November, 1950.
It appearing to the Court that said election was
duly and properly held in the schoolhouse aforesaid in the
Girt/ of Euless on the llth day of November, 1950, and it
appearing that Mrs. S. a. Mills, who was duly appo`,_nted Judge
of said election by this Court, filed on the llth aay of November,
1950, her affidavit declaring that R. W. Fuller had been elected
14ayor, with a total of 25 votes out of a tkt al of 3$ votes case;
that E. V. Andr-- son had been elected Marshall, wituu a total of
29 votes out of 33 votes cast ; that C. A. Horton, with 33 votes,
S. t . Mills, with 31 votes, A. E. Ti?: ery, with 26 votes, '4. T.
Arnett , with 25 votes, and G. L. Anderson, with 23 votes, were
elected Aldermen;
It is, therefore, UEWE ED, ADJUDGED and DECP.!.?;B that
the of orenataed i4ayor,, Marshall and Aldermen be citified as the
duly qualified city officials of the City of Euless, Texas, as
of the llth day of November, 1950.
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court
enter said election results in the minutes of this Court.
