AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTIFIED AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF ALL OF LOT D AND THE EAST 48.9
FEET OF LOT E. BLOCK 20, MIDWAY PARK ADDITION NO. 2,
FROM "C -1" NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT TO "C-2"
COMMUNITY BUSINESS DISTRICT; SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDI-
TIONS SUBSEQUENT INCLUDING A REVERTER; AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP TO CONFORM; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended to
read as follows:
That the zoning classification of Lot D and the East 48.9 feet of
Lot E, Block 20, Midway Park Addition No. 2, now zoned "C -1" Neighborhood
Business District be changed to "C -2" Com unity Business District.

That the zoning change set forth in Paragraph 1 hereof shall be
subject to the following conditions subsequent:
A. A final site development plan shall be submitted to the
City Council within _jl_ months following final passage
of the ordinance effecting the requested changes,
S. Construction in substantial compliance with the final
site development plan as approved shall be commenced
within 4 months following final passage of the
ordinance affecting the requested changes.
C. Construction In substantial compliance with the final
site development plan as approved shall have been
substantially completed within _1 months following
final passage of the ordinance effecting the requested
changes.

In the event of failure to comply with any one of such conditions
subsequent, the zoning of the property in question shall automatically
revert to its former use or zoning classification; provided, however, upon
the filing of an application at least ;o days prior to the date In
question, and upon good cause shown, the City Council may, after consider -
Ing the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, grant
reasonable extensions of time for compliance with any one or all of said
conditions subsequent.
4.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after Its
passage and publication as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws
of the State of Taxes.
PRESENTED A3D GIVE4 FIRST READING on the eleventh day of March, 1969,
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas; and
given Second Reading, passed and approved on the twenty-fifth day of March,
1969, by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
