AN ORDNANCE DESIGNATING CERTAIN ACCESS ROADS
TO HIGHWAY183 FOR ONE WAY TRAFFIC PURSUANT TO
TITLE 13, VERNONS TEXAS PENAL CODE, UPON THE
BASIS Of AN ENGINEER AND TRAFFIC INVESTIGA-
TION UPON CERTAIN STREET'S AM HIGHWAYS, OR PARTS
THEREOF, WITHIN THE CORPORATI LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS, AS SET IN THIS ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY OF A FINE NOT TO EXCEED

PROVID14G A SEVERA'4CE CLAUSE AN, AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Euless City Chortor and title 13, Vernonas Pool Code of
the State of Tuxes, provides that whenever the governing body of the City Mall
determine, upon the basis of an engineering and traffic tnvaesttgatton that
traffic on certain streams should be made, set $$Isle arO designated for one
way traffic, and
WHEREAS, the City has taken Into consideration than location of the
streets herein designated as streams for one wavy traffic, the width and Con-
dttton of the streets, the general truffle patterns, the safety of its citizens

WHEREAS, the Euless City Council has upon due consideration of all such
surveys and Irty rst i gat ion and the recommendations of the Texas Highway D epsrt-
mant, determined and declared that the herltlnaftsr deslgateed streets should he
