Fuller, Roy Braswe’ll, H. M. Huffman, and Billy Byers. The council meeting was opened w i t h a prayre by Councilman Braswell. 1. The minutes of the regular council meeting of June 27,
1961, were read by the City Secretary and approved by the Council. 2. Mr. Herman Smith, Developer o f Wilshire Village, appeared before the City Council s u b m i t t i n g a plat showing
Blocks 9, 10, and 11, of the 2nd Addition of Idilshire Village consisting of sixtyfour lots. all electric brick homes i n this area. Mr. Smith stated t h a t he plans to build 1200 to
