AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 ENTITLED
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
DESIGNATING A SPECIFIC USE FOR A DAY NURSERY OR
KINDERGARTEN FOR LOTS 20R, 21R, 22 AND 23 OF BLOCK
At SHEPPARD ADDITION, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
THE CITY OF EULESS AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE GATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS. TEXAS:
i.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a specific use as hereinafter
designated, and that the official zoning map of the City of Euless, Texas,
being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended and provided to read as follows:
"That Lots ZOR, 21R, 22 and 23, Block A, Sheppard Addition now zoned
"R•i" Single Family Dwelling District be reclassified and the zoning changed
to a Specific Use for a Day Nursery or Kindergarten, and that the zoning
classification be changed to "R »2" Two Family Dwelling District restricted
to such specific use as provided in Sub - paragraph 14 of Section 7.1002 of
Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, Texas."

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after Its
passage and publication as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws
of the State of Texas, and the Euless City Charter provision, Article 11,
Section 12, requiring ordinances to be read on two separate dates is hereby
suspended.
PRESENTED AND APPROVED ON FIRST AND FINAL READING an the 9th day of
December, 1969, at a Regular Meeting of the Euless City Cornell, City of
Euless. Texas, by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays.
