AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NC. 347 I DENTIFIED AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR
CHANGE OF LOT 17, BLOCK 1 AND LOTS 17 THROUGH 31, BLOCK 2,
SOTOGRANGE NO. 2 FROM "R -2' TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO
2TV" ; PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; AMENDING THE Z0NING
TO CONFORM; PROVIDING A PENALTY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUL.ESS , TEXAS-
1.
IT IS HEREBY ORDEREC' that the Official t"Istrlct Zoning Map of the City
of Euless, Texas, beinq a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended to read as
follows:
That the zoning classiflcatlon of Lot 17, Block 1. Sotogrande No. 2, and
Lots 17', IS, 190 20, 219 22, 23, ?4, 25, 26, 27, 2P, 29, 3q and 31, Block ?,
Sotovande Nay. 2, now zoned "R•2°' Two Family f?well lnq %lstrlct be changed to
"14.111 Planed Devejopment i'istrict.
2.
Any person violating the provisions of this Ordlnm- ee, or tf* amendments
to the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be doomed guilty of a mis-
demeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more then two hundred dollars
and each day such violation shall be r*rmltted to exist shall consti-
tute a separate offense, as provided by Ordinonce 347 rnd subsequent amendments
of the Euless City charter and Statutes of the Mate of Texas.
3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication as provided by the Euless City Charter and the Izaws of
the State of Texas.
