sales tax revenue for most Texas cities,

The figures are based on retail sales in January:
Arlingron: $5.7 million, down 3.7 percent from $5.9 million.
Fort Worth: $7.4 million, down 1.9 percent from $7.5 million
Grapevine: $2.52 million, down 1.4 percent from $2.56 million
Hurst: $977,OQO, down 2.9'percent from $1 million.
Mansfield: $968,000,000, up 4.6 percent from $925,000
North Rkhland Hills: $856,000, down 7.7 percent from $928,000.
Southlake: $882,000, down 22.1 percent from $1.1 million.
Westlake: $232,000, down 17.6 percent from $281,500
Keller: $460,500, down 2.6 percent from $473,000

Woman jailed in homicide case

EULESS -A Euless woman re-
mained in custody Tuesday af-
ter she was arrested on suspi-
cion of fatally shooting her boy-
friend duling a domestic dis-
pute, police said.
The 32-year-old man, who
authorities did not identify

tives, died from a single shotgun
wound to the chest, police said.
It was the Erst homicide in
the city this year. The last one in
Euless was in November 2007,
when Vi Overstreet, 51, was
strangled at her apamnent. Her
husband, Jerome Overstreet, 52,
is accused in the case. His trial is
pending.

Norris was shot about 5
p.m. during a fight with his

lace, 41, police said. Wallace
called 911. She remained ,in
