AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 ENTITLED
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF 2.0585 ACRES IN THE T.
JASPER SURVEY, ABSTRACT 861, FROM "R -1" SINGLE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO "C-2" COMMUNITY BUSINESS
DISTRICT; AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO CONFORM; PRO-
VIDING A PENALTY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the City
of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended to read as
follows:
"That the zoning classification of a tract of land out of the T. Jasper
Survey, Abstract 861, Tarrant County, Texas, being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a steel rod in the South R.O.W. line of State Spur
#350, (Formerly South R.O.W. line of County Road #3020);25.0
feet South and 278.0 feet East of the Northwest corner of the
T. Jasper Survey;
THENCE North 89 degrees 31 minutes East along the South R.O.W.
line of said Spur #350, a distance of 211.0 feet to a Highway
Department Monument 25 feet South of the Northeast corner of a
2 acre tract shown in Volume 1396, Page 401, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 1 degree 01 minute East with fence line 425.0 feet
to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE South 89 degrees 31 minutes West with fence line, 211.0
feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE North 1 degree 01 minute West with fence line, 425.0 feet
to the place of beginning and containing 2.0585 acres of land,
more or less.
now zoned "R -l" Single Family Dwelling District be reclassified and cnang,,C to
"C -2" Community Business District."

Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance, or the amendments
to the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than two hundred dollars
($200.00), and each day such violation shall be permitted to exist shall con-
stitute a separate offense, as provided by Ordinance 347 and subsequent
amendments of the Euless City Charter and Statutes of the State of Texas.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of
the State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND,GIVEN FIRST READING on the twenty- fourth day of November,
1970, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas; and
given Second Reading, passed and approved on the eighth day of December, 1970,
by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Euless, Texas.
