Brian Duke was eastbound about 3 a.m. when his bike struck the back of the vehicle just west. of Texas 360. The cause of death was blunt­ force trauma, according to the Tarrant County medi­ cal examiner's office. No other injuries were report­ ed, according to a news re­ lease. He was not wearing a helmet, said Capt. (,-"lA.,.,~ il.;'...( Blockbuster to close five D-FW stores Dallas Business Journal -by Candace Carlisle, Staff Writer Tuesday, March 29,2011 Dallas-based Blockbuster Inc. will close 186 more stores by the end of the month, including five stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This will bring the number of Blockbuster closings in the United States to 1,145 since the movie rental chain first announced it had filed for Chapter II bankruptcy protection in September. Two Fort Worth stores -one off Loop 820 and one off South Hulen Street -will close, along with the Dallas store off Abrams Road, the Burleson store off Alsbury Boulevard, and the Euless store off North Main Street. Two other Texas store locations -Beeville and Vidor -will also close. The victim was identified as William Harris, 55. He was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma, according to the medical examiner's web­ site. The wreck occurred shortly after 12:30 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of Bear Creek Parkway in Euless.
