AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 ENTITLED
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF A PORTION OF TRACT C,
MUNICIPAL SERVICE COMPANY OF TEXAS SUBDIVISION,
FROM "C -1" NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT TO "C -2"
COMMUNITY BUSINESS DISTRICT; DESIGNATING A SPECIFIC
USE FOR A METAL STRUCTURE FOR COVERED PARKING AND
OUTSIDE STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT, PROVIDING EIGHT FOOT
SCREENING WALL IS PROVIDED; AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a specific use as herein-
after designated, and that the official zoning map of the City of Euless,
Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended and provided to read
as follows:
'That the zoning classification of a portion of Tract C, Municipal
Service Company of Texas Subdivision, being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Tract C, said point
being also in the East right -of -way line of Himes Drive;
THENCE S 880 41' E a distance of 274.8 feet to a steel rod;
THENCE S 00 53' W a distance of 65.0 feet to a steel rod;
THENCE S 880 41' E a distance of 50.0 feet to a steel rod in
the West right- of-way line of Byers Avenue;
THENCE S 00 53' W with said West right -of -way line of Byers
Avenue a distance of 181.3 feet to a steel rod in the North
right -of -way line of Fuller Street;
THENCE N 880 31' W along said North right -of -way line a dis-
tance of 324.5 feet to an "X" marked in concrete;
THENCE N 00 53' E along the East right- of-way line of Himes
Drive a distance of 253.2 feet to the place of beginning.
now zoned "C -1" Neiqhborhood Business District be reclassified and a Specific
Use designated to allow a metal structure for covered parking'and outside
storage of equipment providing an eight (8) foot screening wall is provided,
and that the zoning classification be changed to "C -2" Community Business
District restricted to such specific use as provided in Sub - paragraph 14
of Section 7 -1002 of Zoning Ordinance No. 347 of the City of Euless, Texas."

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and publication as provided by the Euless City Charter and the
laws of the State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING ON the ninth day of February,
1971, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas;
and given Second Reading, passed and approved on the twenty -third day of
February, 1971, by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
