AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTIFIED AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING
FOR A CHANGE OF A 25 ACRE TRACT OUT THE J. MATSON SURVEY,
ABSTRACT 1080, FROM "R-1" SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
TO "R-4" MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT, AND ADJACENT
7.6 ACRE TRACT FROM "R-1" SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO
TO "R-3 MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT, AND ADJACENT
2 ACRE TRACT FROM "R-1" SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO
"C-1" NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT; SUBJECT TO CERTAIN
CONDITIONS SUBSEQUENT, INCLUDING A REVERTER; AMENDING THE

now zoned "R -1" Single Family Dwelling District be changed to "R -3" Multiple
Family Dwelling District:
Being a 7.6 acre tract of land out of the J. Matson Survey,
Abstract 1080, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and being more
particularly described as follows:

recorded in Volume 3326, page 362, Tarrant County Deed Records;

That the zoning changes set forth in Paragraph 1 hereof shall be
subject to the following conditions subsequent:
A. A final site development plan shall be submitted to
the City Council within 18 months following final
passage of the ordinance effecting the requested
changes.
B. Construction in substantial compliance with the final
site development plan as approved shall be commencac
within 24 months following final passage of the
ordinance effecting the requested changes.
C. Construction in substantial compliance with the final
site development plEn as approved shall have been
substantially completed within 36 months following
final passage of the ordinance effecting the requested
changes.

On September 26, 1972, the Euless City Council approved a 24 Month
extension of time applied to conditions subsequent incorporated in
Ord. 395, as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
