AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AN EASEMENT WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF EULESS, TEXAS, LOCATED
AT MUNICIPAL SERVICE COMPANY OF TEXAS SUB-
DIVISION.
WHEREAS, Messrs. W. B. Croslin and James L. Croslin are the
owners of that one certain tract of land as described on the attached
Exhibit ''A" across which there is a dedicated utility easement, and
WHEREAS, such utility easement is more particularly described
as set forth in Exhibit ''A'' which is attached hereto and by reference in-
corporated herein, and
WHEREAS, Messrs. W. B. Croslin and James L. Croslin have
petitioned the Euless City Council to abandon such utility easement and
in connection with such petition have publicly stated that there remains
no further need therefor, and that the owner of the property describes in
Exhibit ''A'' requests the City to abandon and close such utility easement,
and
WHEREAS, Messrs. W. B. Croslin and James L. Croslin have agreed
to save and hold the City of Euless harmless from any damage which may
result or occur to the said property described in Exhibit ''A'' by reason of
the abandonment and closing of said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE EULESS CITY COUNCIL:
That the utility easement described on the plat attached hereto
as Exhibit ''A '', be, and the same is hereby abandoned as a utility easement.

This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and ef;ec-
from and after its passage as required by the Euless City Charter.
PRESENTED and given First Reading on the 23rd day of Februar ,
1971, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Eu'iess, Tex
and given Second Reading, passed and approved on the 23rd d4y or
1971, by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the
Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
