AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF EULESS
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 347; PROVIDING
FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING OF THE TRACT
OF LAND MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN THE
ORDINANCE FROM "R-1", SINGLE FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT, TO "PD", PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR
APPLICABLE USES AS SET FORTH IN
SECTION 7-1100 OF CITY OF EULESS ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 347; APPROVING DEVELOP-
MENT PLANS; AMENDING THE CITY OF EULESS
ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.

and 0c adoption and approval of such recommendation by the Eulass
