AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 149
IDENTIFIED AS THE ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
MANDATORY TRUCK ROUTES WITHIN THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF EULESS, AMENDING
SECTION III; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE
VIOLATION OF SUCH ORDINANCE; PROVIDING A
SEVERANCE CLAUSE, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
That Section III, Ordinance No. 149 be amended to read as follows:
The following streets, highways and thoroughfares in the corpo-
rate limits of the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, shall be
mandatory truck routes:
State Highway No. 183
FM Highway No. 157
State Highway Spur 350
Harwood Road
Main Street, from Spur 350 to
S.H. 183 (Temporary, only to be used
until Spur 350 is open to traffic.)

Any person violating this ordinance or any portion thereof shall
upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less
than $10.00 nor more than $200.00, and each day that such violation con-
tinues shall be considered a separate offense and punishable accordingly.
3.
If any section or part of any section or paragraph of this ordi-
nance is declared invalid or unconstitutional for any reason, it shall
not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any
other section or sections or parts of a section or paragraph of this
ordinance.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage as by law provided.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING on the 23rd day of March ,
1971, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas;
and GIVEN SECOND READING, passed and approved on the 13th day of April ,
1971, by a vote of 4 ayes and t nay at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
