AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE. NO. 347 IDENTIFIED AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF A 12.873 ACRE TRACT CUT OF
THE GEORGE LINNEY SURVEY, ABSTRACT 939, FROM "R -1"
SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRCT TO "C -2" COMMUNITY
BUSINESS DISTRICT, AND ADJACEN'1 13.337 ACRE TRACT FROM
"R -1" SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO "R -4" MULTiPLE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT, AND A 4.194 ACRE TRACT FROM
"R -1" SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO "R -2" TWO
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT, AND A 12.522 ACRE TRACT FROM
"R -1" SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO "PD" PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT X_PROVIDING FOR APPLICABLE USES AS
SET FORTH IN SECTION 7 -1100 OF CITY OF EULESS ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 347; APPROVING DEVELOPMENT PLANS; AMEND-
ING THE CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS THAT:
IT ;S HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended to
read as follows:
"That the zoning classification of the following described property
now zoned "R -1" Single Family Dwelling District be changed to "C -2" Com-
munity Business District:
Being a tract or parcel of land situated in the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas; and being a part of the Georga Limey
Survey, Abstract 939, and also being a part of a tract of a

conveyed to W. T. Eden by Elelyn Lee Pereira and 'Husband Vicor
Pereira by deed recorded in Volume 2532, Page 331., of the Deed

That the applicable uses of land pursuant to the Planned Ceveiop,ent
Dis'_rict hereby created, as permitted by Section 7 -11C3 City of Euless
Zoning Ordinance No. 347, are as follows:

(a) Apartment and multi- family housing density shall not
exceed a density of 11.5 units per net acre on the
tract designated "PD" on the preliminary plat.

That the Development hereby created, being zoning Case No. 209,
shall be entitled LAKEWOOD ADDITION to the City of Euless, Texas.

T;-.is ordinance shall be in full orce and effect from and after its
passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the State
of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the Euless
City Council on April 13, 1971; GIVEN SECOND READING passed and approved
at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on April 27, 1971, by a
vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays.
