AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 ENTITLED
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF 0.95 ACRES IN THE A. J.
HUITT SURVEY, ABSTRACT 709, FROM "R -1" SINGLE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO "C -2" COMMUNITY BUSI-
NESS DISTRICT; AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO CONFORM;
PROVIDING A PENALTY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended to
read as follows:
'That the zoning classification of a tract of land out of the A. J.
Huitt Survey, Abstract 709, Tarrant County, Texas, being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 22, Alexander &
Cullum Subdivision, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County,
Texas according to plat recorded on Page 109 of Volume
388 -C in the Tarrant County Deed Records;
THENCE N 890 52' W a distance of 251.0 feet to the East
line of present zoned C-2 property;
THENCE N 10 47' W along the East line of said zoned C -2
property a distance of 164.5 feet;
THENCE S 890 52' E a distance of 251.0 feet to the West
line of said Lot 22;
THENCE S 10 47' E along the West line of said Lot 22 a
distance of 164.5 feet to place of beginning, containing
0.95 acres of land more or less
noti: zoned "R-l" Single Family Dwelling District be reclassified and changed
to "C -2" Community Business District."

Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance, or the ame; -.d-
me,,.s to the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than,o
hundred dollars ($200.00), and each day such violation shall be permitted
to exist shall constitute a separate offense, as provided by Ordinance ',47
and subsequent amendments of the Euless City Charter and Statutes of the
State of Texas.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and publication as provided by the Euless City Charter and
the laws of the State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING on the twenty- eighth day of
September, 1971, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Euless, Texas; and given Second Reading, passed and approved on the
twelfth day of October, 1971, by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
