D!!ELLING DISTRICT; AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO
CONFORM; ESTABLISHING BUILDING LINE REQUIREMENTS,
PROVIDING A PENALTY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:

Beginning at an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot
2, Terry Davis Subdivision to the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded on
Page 43 of Volume 388 -50 in the Tarrant County Deed

changed to "R -4" Multiple Family Dwelling District."

That the Developer is required to file a Final Plat for ap-
proval by the City of Euless, establishing the building line seventy -five
(75) feet South of the North boundary line.

Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance, or the
amendments to the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than
two hundred dollars ($200.00), and each day such violation shall be per-
mitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense, as provided by
Ordinance 347 and subsequent amendments of the Euless City Charter and
Statutes of the State of Texas.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the
State of Texas, and the Euless City Charter provision, Article 11, Section
12, requiring ordinance to be read on two separate dates is hereby sus-
pended.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST AND FINAL READING on the fourteenth
day of December, 1971, at a Regular Meeting of the Euless City Council,
City of Euless, Texas.
