AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING THAT CERTAIN AREAS AND
LAND WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF EULESS SHOULD BE DEANNENEXED; PROVIDING FOR THE
DEANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY WHICH, SAID
TERRITORY IS TO BE ANNEXED BY THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH ; ESTAB LISH I NG A COMMON AND AGREED BOUNDARY
LINE BETWEEN THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, AND THE
C;, -Y 0.= FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ALONG AND NORTH OF
STATE HIGHWAY 183 RIGHT- OF - WAY
�EREAS, thy: City of Euless has agreed to deannex certain unlnhjJited land
and areas lyirc t�iithin the corporate limits of Euless, Texas, and being that land
contair�-d ',Junin the proposed right -of -way expansion for the interchange of State
Hig;,way 36C, State Highway Spur 350, State Highway 183 and the main thoroughfare
ext:.nding ;art, to thc- Dallas -Fort Worth Regional Airport, said tract being here-
inafter specifically described, and
;!Ef:E .S, such land to be deans exed is to be forthwith annexed by the
adjacent homerule City of Fort Worth, and such annexation shall establish a new
coirinon a.-,j ;reed boundary line between the City of Fort Worth, Texas, and the
City of Euless, Texas, along the Northernmost right -of -way of State Highway 183.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
ir:e City of Euless hereby deannexes from its territorial limits the land

attached Exhibit ''A'' shall henceforth no longer be a part of the territorial

T!-at this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON FIRST AND FINAL READING on this eleventh day of
January, 1572, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless,
Texas, �y a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays.
