AN ORDINANCE DEANNEXTING PROPERTY PUSUANT TO A
BOUNDARY LINE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF HURST.
WHEREAS, the Cities of Euless and Hurst have agreed to realign boundaries
pursuant to an Ordinance heretofore passed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE 17 ORDAINED BY THE CITY 00602 CF 70 OITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
That the f0liGWKS described property is hereby Kannexed and declared not
within the corporate ilmizs of the City of Euless, to-wit:
TRACT B
The following described tract or parcel of iand situated in the H.
McCoy Survey, A-1073, Tarrant County, Texas and being more p&rticu-
larly described as follows:
Seginn;7g in the East City Limit line of Hurst, Texas and beins
the Vest City Limit line of Euless, Texas and being S 40 22' 17"
W a cistance of 336.81 feet from the most scut Karly Southeast
corner of Tract 3, EULESS SQUARE, to the City of Ealass, Tarrant
Cownty, Texas according to plat recorded an Page 53 of Volume
388-64 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and also being S Z50
45' 44" E a distance of 206.73 feet, South a disuanca of 265,0
feet, x 670 01 56" E a distance of 90.22 feet, and S 220 41 04"
E a distance of 93.48 feet from a Bois d'art stake at the South-
east corner of Tract 8, SOTOGRANDE, to the City of Hors';: and to
the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat
recorded on Page 50 of Volume 388-45 in the Tarrant County Deed
Records;
