AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 ENTITLED
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF 3.09 ACRES IN THE KITTY
HOUSE SURVEY, ABSTRACT 678, FROM "C -2" COMMUNITY
BUSINESS DISTRICT TO "L -1" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT; AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO CONFORM;
PROVIDING A PENALTY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of
the City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347 be amended
to read as follows:
"That the zoning classification of a tract of land out of the
Kitty House Survey, Abstract 678, Tarrant County, Texas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Being part of a tract of land conveyed to Joe P. Farina
and Jack Pilon by deeds recorded in Volume 4672, page
606 and Volume 4832, page 294 of the Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Texas, same also being par.. of Block A
of Internat'onal /Regional Industrial Complex (a proposed
additior to the City of Euless, Texas) and being more
fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an "X" in a stone at the Northeast corner
of the above mentioned Kitty House Survey;
THENCE South 00 deg. 16 min. East along the East line
of said Kitty House Survey for a distance of 25C
feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 66 deg. 57 min. West and parallel witr. the
Southerly line of State Highway No. 18 (a 160 foot
wide road) for a distance of 466.88 =�:; to a po n� for
corner, same being in the Easterly : of Royal P.."�.

3.091562 acres of land,
now zoned "C -2" Community Business District be reclassified and changed
to 111--1" Limited Industrial District."
Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance, or
the amendments to the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more
than two hundred dollars ($200.00), and each day such violation shall be
permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense, as provided by
Ordinance 347 and subsequent amendments to the Euless City Charter and
Statutes of the State of Texas.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of
the State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of
the Euless City Council on May 9, 1972; GIVEN SECOND READING, PASSED AND
APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on May 23, 1972,
by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays.
