AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF EULESS ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 347; PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING OF TRACT A,
BLOCK 1, AND TRACT A, BLOCK 2, WILSHIRE VILLAGE ADDI-
TION, FROM "R -S" MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELL :NG DISTRICT TO
"PD" PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR AP-
PLICABLE USES AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 7 -1100 OF CITY
OF EULESS ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 347; APPROVING DEVELOP-
MENT PLANS, PROVIDING EIGHT FOOT SCREENING WALL IS
ERECTED; AMENDING THE CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
The official district zoning map of the City of Euless, Texas, be-
ing an integral part of the City of Euless Zoning Ordinance No. 347, be
amended to provide that the zoning classification of Tract A, Block 1
and Tract A, Block 2, Wilshire Village Addition, now zoned "R -5" Multiple
Family Dwelling District, being more fully described in the Exhibit "A"
attached to this Zoning Ordinance and incorporated herein by reference,
be changed to "PD" Planned Development District, as specifically set
forth in the development plan submitted by Applicant dated December 13,
1971, which development plan is on file in the City of Euless Zoning
Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 224. That such development
plan shall be amended to include the following:
An eight (8) foot masonry, brick faced screening fence
to be erected along the South and East boundaries of
the property, with brick face to be facing the single
family residences.
That such development plan as submitted by Applicant and dated December 13,
1971, is incorporated in this Ordinance by reference and made a part here-
of for all purposes as if copied herein verbatim.

That the applicable uses of land pursuant to the Planned Development
District hereby created, as permitted by Section 7 -1103 City of Euless
Zoning Ordinance No. 347, are as follows:
(a) office buildings, and
(b) retail shops.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of
the State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING on the thirteenth day of June,
1972, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless,
Texas; and given SECOND READING, PASSED AND APPROVED on the twenty-
seventh day of June, 1972, by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.

FIELD NOTES of Tract A, Block 1 and Tract A, Block 2, Wilshire Village
Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and being further described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Wilshire Village,
Euless, Tarrant County, Texas as recorded in Volume 388 -24, page 92,
Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; said point also being in the East
R.O.W. line of Wilshire Drive;
THENCE North 88 degrees 38 minutes East, with the North line of Lots
1 and 2, Block 2 and Lot 1, Block 1 as recorded in Volume 388 -24, Page
92 Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, 409.1 feet to a point;
THENCE North I degree 21 minutes West, 48.0 feet to a point;
THENCE North 1 degree 19 minutes West, 857.9 feet to a point;
THENCE South 89 degrees 39 minutes West, 410.0 feet to a point in
the East R.O.W. line of Wilshire Drive;
THENCE South 1 degree 22 minutes West, along the East R.O.W. line of
Wilshire Drive, 913.7 feet to the place of beginning.
Note: Containing 8.55 acres or 372,608 square feet.
