AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF EULESS ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 347; PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING OF LOTS 1
THROUGH 20, BLOCK B, LOTS 1 THROUGH 24, BLOCK C, LOTS
1 THROUGH 24, BLOCK D, LOTS i THROUGH 31, BLOCK E,
LOTS 1 THROUGH 18, BLOCK F, AND TRACT A, LAKEWOOD
TOWNHOUSES ADDITION, FROM "R -2" TWO FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT AND "PD" PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR
APARTMENTS, TO "PD" PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR
TOWNHOUSES; PROVIDING FOR APPLICABLE USES AS SET FORTH
IN SECTION 7 -1100 OF CITY OF EULESS ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 347; APPROVING DEVELOPMENT PLANS; AMENDING THE
CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
The official district zoning map of the City of Euless, Texas, being
an integral part of the City of Euless Zoning Ordinance No. 347, be amended
to provide that the zoning classification of the following described
property:
Lots 1 through 20, Block B,
Lots 1 through 24, Block C,
Lots 1 through 24, Block D,
Lots 1 through 31, Block E,
Lots 1 through 18, Block F,
and Tract A, Lakewood Townhouses
Addition to the City of Euless, Texas,
now zoned "R -2" Two Family Dwelling District and "PD" Planned Development
District for apartments, be changed to "PD" Planned Development District,
as specifically set forth in the development plan submitted by Applicant
dated June 13, 1972, which development plan is on file in the City of
Euless Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 225. That
such development plan as submitted by Applicant and dated June 13, 1972,
is incorporated in this Ordinance by reference and made a part hereof for
all purposes as if copied herein verbatim.
2.
That the applicable use of land pursuant to the Planned Development
District hereby created, as permitted by Section 7 -1103 City of Euless
Zoning Ordinance No. 347, is as follows:
One - Family Dwelling (attached) (Townhouses)

That the Planned Development District hereby created, being Zoning
Case No. 225, shall be entitled LAKEWOOD TOWNHOUSES ADDITION, a planned
development in the City of Euless, Texas.
4.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the State
of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the Euless
City Council'on June 27, 1972; GIVEN SECOND READING, PASSED AND APPROVED
at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on July 11, 1972, by a
vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays.
