AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTIFIED AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS;
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM "C -1" NEIGHBORHOOD
BUSINESS DISTRICT TO "C -2" COMMUNITY BUSINESS DISTRICT
WITH A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT; PROVIDING FOR DEVELOPMENT
OF THIS TRACT OF LAND TO BE DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO APPROVED
PLANS; AMENDING THE CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS THAT:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of
the City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended
to read as follows:
"That the zoning classification of the following described
property now zoned "C -1" Neighborhood Business District be changed to
"C -2" Community Business District with Specific Use Permit:
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in
the J. P. Halford Survey, A -711, Tarrant County, Texas and being
Tract B, MIDWAY PARK COMMERCIAL, to the City of Euless, Tarrant
County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Tract B and being in
the North line of Midway Drive and also being N 880 00' W
a distance of 128.0 feet and S 00 35' W a distance of 704.6 feet
from the Southeast corner of MIDWAY PARK ADDITION, to the City
of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE N 880 33' W along the North line of said Midway Drive
a distance of 181.0 feet;
THENCE N 00 35' E a distance of 150.0 feet;
THENCE S 880 35' E a distance of 159.0 feet;
THENCE S 410 O1' E a distance of 58.2 feet to a point on a
curve having a radius of 49.24 feet;
THENCE Southwesterly along said curve a distance of 41.4 feet;
THENCE S 00 35' W a distance of 70.0 feet to place of beginning,
as specifically set forth in the development plan submitted by Applicant dated
April 13,1973, which development plan is on file in the City of Euless Zoning
Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 231.

That the applicable use of land pursuant to the "C -2':' Community
Business District with a Specific Use Permit for a Family Recreation
Center, as permitted by Section 7 -1002, City of Euless Zoning Ordinance
No. 347, with a Specific Use Permit with the following four (4)
stipulations:
1. Will operate as a private club for family amusement
and recreation
2. No alcoholic beverages sold or consumed
3. No beer sold or consumed
4. Operation shall consist of billards, coin operated
amusement games, computerized amusement games and
other family entertainment facilities

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the
State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council on the 10th day of July, 1973; GIVEN SECOND READING,
PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on
the 24th day of July , 1973 by a vote of 5 ayes and 0
nays.
