l a t on Oakwood Terrace, 5th f i l i n g . A motion was made by Councilman Byers, and seconded by Councilman F u l l e r , t o approve t h i s p l a t subject t o receipt o f a l e
t t e r from T r i-C i t i e s Development Corporation to the e f f e c t that no b u i l d i n g permit applications w i l l be made f o r t h e erection of houses on Simmons Drive
u n t i l a sum i s deposited i n escrow w i t h the C i t y s u f f i c i e n t to f u l l y improve one-half o f Simmons Drive,from Highway 183 to Bayless Drive, t o meet City s p
e c i f i c a t i o n s or u n t i l Simmons Drive i s permanently improved t o C i t y s p e c i f i c a t i o n s . This p l a t was previously approved by the Planning and Zoning
Commission. The vote i n favor was unanimous. 2. A f t e r discussion o f the problem o f g e t t i n g streets i n t o the area of the new j u n i o r high school, a motion was made
by Councilman Owens, and seconded by Councilman Braswell, authorizing the C i t y Attorneys to w r i t e a l e t t e r t o the attorneys f o r the School D i s t r i c t , asking f o
