AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTIFIED AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS;
PROVIDING FOR A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT IN "C -2" COMMUNITY
BUSINESS DISTRICT ZONING; PROVIDING FOR DEVELOPMENT
OF THIS TRACT OF LAND TO BE DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO
APPROVED PLANS; AMENDING THE CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS THAT:
1.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of
the City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended
to read as follows:
"That the zoning classification of the following described property
now zoned "C -2" Community Business District be changed to 11C -2" Community
Business District with a Specific Use Permit for Commercial Amusement:
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in
the A. M. Downing Survey, Tarrant County, Texas and being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning N 890 26' E a distance of 1015.38 feet and
S.00 46' E a distance of 80.5 feet from the intersection of
the South line of Sagebrush Trail with the East line of
Wilshire Drive;
THENCE S 00 46' E a distance of 627.1 feet to the North
right -of -way line of State Highway No. 183;
THENCE S 660 42' W along the North right -of -way line of said
State Highway No. 183 a distance of 129.2 feet;
THENCE N 230 18' W a distance of 210.0 feet;
THENCE N 660 42' E a distance of 65.0 feet;
THENCE N 230 18' W a distance of 201.9 feet;
THENCE N 890 26' E a distance of 84.9 feet;
THENCE N 00 34' W a distance of 272.0 feet;
THENCE N 890 26' E a distance of 131.25 feet to place of
beginning, containing 2.32 acres of land more or less.

dated June 15, 1973, which development plan is on file in the City of
Euless Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 233."

That the applicable use of land pursuant to the "C -2" Community
Business District with a Specific Use Permit for an Ice Skating Rink.
as permitted by Section 7 -1002, City of Euless Zoning Ordinance No. 347.

This ordinance shall- be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the
State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council on the 28th day of August , 1973; GIVEN SECOND
READING, PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City
Council on the 11th day of September , 1973 by a vote of 4
ayes and 0 nays.
