Euless City Council
October 24, 1961
The regular meeting of the Euless City
Council was held on October 24, 7961. Present were Mayor J. S. Anderson,
Councilmen Bobby Fuller, Roy Braswell, B i I ly Byers, and H. M. Huffman.

The council meeting was opened with a

A motion was made by Councilman Huffman,
and seconded by Councilman Byers, to approve and adopt Ordinance No. 158.
Ordinance No. 158 is an amendment of Ordinance No. 28 allowing the Council,
at their discretion and on the recommendation of the Building Inspector,
to authorize the erection in commercial zoning districts of certain types of
steel buildings. The vote in favor was unanimous.
3.
A motion was made by Councilman Fuller,
and seconded by Councilman Braswell, that the budget for the fiscal year
October 1, 1961 to October 1, 1962, be adopted and approved by Resolution
No. 44. The vote in favor was unanimous.
