AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTIFIED AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS;
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM "C -1" NEIGHBORHOOD
BUSINESS DISTRICT TO "C -2" COMMUNITY BUSINESS DISTRICT;
PROVIDING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS TRACT OF LAND TO BE
DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO APPROVED PLANS; AMENDING THE CITY
OF EULESS ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of
the City of Euless, texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended
to read as follows:
"That the zoning classification of the following described property
now zoned "C -1" Neighborhood Business District be changed to "C -2" Community
Business District on property described as follows:
FIELD NOTES of a tract of land out of the J. P. Halford Survey,
Tarrant County, Texas, and being further described by metes
and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING 10.0 feet South 89 degrees 10 minutes East of the
Southeast corner of Lot 8, Fuller Addition, Euless, Tarrant
County, Texas; said point also being in the North R. 0. W.
line of Fuller Street;
THENCE North 148.2 feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE North 89 degrees 27 minutes East, 189.52 feet to a steel
rod in west R. 0. W. line of North Main Street;
THENCE South 0 degrees 18 minutes East, 100.0 feet to a steel rod;
THENCE South 0 degrees 03 minutes West, 52.7 feet to a steel rod;
said point being at the intersection of said West R. 0. W. line of
North Main Street and North R. 0. W. line of Fuller Street;
THENCE North 89 degrees 10 minutes West, along said North R. 0. W.
line of Fuller Street, 190.0 feet to the place of beginning.
as specifically set forth in the development plan as submitted by Applicant
dated August 16, 1974, which development plan is on file in the City of
Euless Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 243."

Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance, or the
amendments to the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be deemed
.guilty of a Misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than
Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), and each day such violation shall be
permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense, as provided by
Ordinance No. 347 and subsequent amendments of the Euless City Charter and
Statutes of the State of Texas.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the State
of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council on the 24th day of September, 1974; GIVEN SECOND
READING, PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council
on the 8th day of October, 1974 by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays.
