AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTI-
FIED AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM "R -1"
SINGLE - FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO "PD ": PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR A DEVELOPMENT
OF THIS TRACT OF LAND TO BE DEVELOPED ACCORDING
TO APPROVED PLANS; AMENDING THE CITY OF EULESS
ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map
of the City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be
amended to read as follows:
"That the zoning classification of the following described
property now zoned "11-1" Single - Family Dwelling District be changed to
"PD" Planned Development District:
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the
Levi Franklin Survey, A -513 and in the G. Linney Survey, A -939, Tarrant
County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of a City of Euless tract
as recorded on Page 905 of Volume 4959 in the Tarrant County
Deed Records and being N 890 13' 55" W a distance of 180.07
feet from the Northeast corner of the said Levi Franklin
Survey;
THENCE N 890 13' 55" W a distance of 2486.93 feet;
THENCE S 00 10' 45" E a distance of 2648.03 feet;
THENCE S 890 46' 15" E a distance of 204.93 feet;
THENCE S Oo 01' 35" E a distance of 66.07 feet to the Northwest
corner of Lot 9, Block 8, TRAILWOOD ADDITION, 2nd filing, to
the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat
recorded on Page 7 of Volume 388 -43 in the Tarrant County Deed
Records;
THENCE S 390 34' E along the North line of said Lot 9, Block 8,
TRAILWOOD ADDITION a distance of 350.19 feet to the Northeast
corner of said Lot 9, Block 8 and being on the North line of
Trailwood Drive and also being on a curve having a radius of
265.0 feet;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve and along the North
line of said Trailwood Drive a distance of 187.26 feet;
THENCE N 890 58' 35" E along the North line of said Trailwood
Drive a distance of 268.2 feet to the beginning of a circular
curve to the'.left having :a radius of 180.85 feet;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve and along the North line
of said Trailwood Drive a distance of 102.58 feet;
THENCE N 570 28' 35" E along the North line of said Trailwood
Drive a distance of 75.0 feet to the beginning of a circular
curve to the right having a radius of 201.6 feet;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve and along the North line
of said Trailwood Drive a distance of 71.95 feet to the South-
west corner of Lot 1 -R, Block 4, said TRAILWOOD ADDITION, 2nd
filing;
THENCE N 160 21' 35" E along the West line of said Lot 1 -R,
Block 4 a distance of 120.1 feet to the Northwest corner of
said Lot 1 -R, Block 4;
THENCE N 890 46' 50" E along the North line of said Block 4,
TRAILWOOD ADDITION a distance of 1494.61 feet;
THENCE N 00 46' 30" E a distance of 2506.13 feet;
THENCE N 890 59' 05" W a distance of 180.07 feet to the South-
west corner of said City of Euless tract;
THENCE N 00 27' 30" E along the West line of said City of Euless
tract a distance of 165.0 feet to place of beginning, 166.3 acres
of land more or less.
as specially set forth in the development plan submitted by Applicant dated
November 13, 1975, which development plan is on file in the City of Euless
Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 248."

That the applicable use of land pursuant to the Planned Develop-
ment District hereby created, as permitted by Section 7 -1103 City of
Euless Zoning Ordinance No. 347, is that the development schedule shall be
submitted with the final plat and be adhered to according to the provisions
of the schedule presented.

That the Planned Development District hereby created, being
Zoning Case No. 248, shall be a planned development in the City of Euless.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws
of the State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council on the 23rd day of December, 1975; GIVEN SECOND
READING, PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City
Council on the 13th day of January 1976, by a vote of ayes
and 0 nays.
