Anderson, Councilmen Billy Owens, Billy Byers, Roy Braswell, and H. M. Huffman. prayer by Councilman Huffman. The council meeting was opened with a 1. The minutes of the regular meeting of November 14, 1961, were read by Mrs. Thompson. Item No. 9 should be corrected to read: Paul Garon, General Contractor. Minutes of the special meeting of November 20, 1961, were read by Mrs. Thompson. A motion was made by Councilman Byers, and seconded by Councilman Braswell, that these minutes be approved subject to the correction. The vote in favor was unanimous. PA Mr. Lang of Delco Developers appeared before the Council presenting a preliminary plat of Green Hills Park Addition. Councilman Owens moved that this preliminary plat be approved. The motion died for lack of a second. 3• A motion was made by Councilman Braswell, and seconded by Councilman Huffman, to increase the minimum lot widths to sixty -five feet at the front building set -back line and to set the minimum lot size at 7500 square feet. Three Councilmen voted in favor of this motion and one voted against it. The motion carried. 4. A motion was made by Councilman Huffman, and seconded by Councilman Braswell, to raise the minimum square footage of houses in Euless to 1050 square feet. The vote in favor was unanimous. 5. A motion was made by Councilman Byers, and seconded by Councilman Braswell, that the Green H i l l s Park Addition preliminary plat be approved. The vote in favor was unanimous. 3 A motion was made by Councilman Braswell, and seconded by Councilman Owens, that the City Attorneys prepare a Civil Bfense Ordinance. A motion eas made by Councilman Byers, and seconded by Councilman Braswell, that Mrs. LaVerne Horton be paid $18.00 for her services as Election Judge and that each of the ladies acting as election clerks be paid $13.00 for their services.
