AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTIFIED
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM "C -1" NEIGHBOR-
HOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT TO 11C -2" COMMUNITY BUSINESS
DISTRICT: PROVIDING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS TRACT OF
LAND TO BE DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO APPROVED PLANS:
AMENDING THE CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map
of the City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be
amended to read as follows:
"That the zoning classification of the following described
property now zoned "C -1" Neighborhood 'Business District be changed to
"C -2" Community Business District on property described as follows:
FIELD NOTES of the following described tract or parcel of
land situated in the A. J. Huitt Survey, A -684, Tarrant
County, Texas and being a portion of a 20.07 acre tract as
conveyed by deed to Dan Peters as recorded on Page 428 of
Volume 3033 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being
more particuarly described as follows:
BEGINNING in the center line of Bedford - Euless Road (County
Road No. 3020) and being East a distance of 310.35 feet
from the Northwest corner of said 20.07 acre tract;
THENCE East along the centerline of said Bedford - Euless
Road (County Road No. 3020) a distance of 122.0 feet;
THENCE S 10 54' E at a distance of 25.0 feet the South
line of said Bedford - Euless Road (County Road No. 3020)
and also being the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 6,
PARK CRESTMOOR SUBDIVISION, to the City of Euless, Tarrant
County, Texas according to plat recorded on Page 46 of
Volume 388 -7 in the Tarrant County Deed Records, a total distance
of 225.0 feet;
THENCE West a distance of 122.0 feet;
THENCE N 10 54' at a distance of 200.0 feet the South
line of said Bedford - Euless Road (County Road No. 3020),
a total distance of 225.0 feet to place of beginning,
containing 0.63 acre of land more or less with approximately
0.97 acre being occupied by said Bedford - Euless Road
(County Road No. 3020) leaving a net acreage of 0.56 acre
or 24,386 square feet net of land more or less.
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in
the A. J. Huitt Survey, A -684, Tarrant County, Texas and
being a portion of a 20.07 acre tract as conveyed by deed
to Dan Peters as recorded on Page 428 of Volume 3033 in
the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the said 20.07 acre
tract and being in the center line of Bedford - Euless Road
(County Road No. 3020);
THENCE East along the centerline of said Bedford - Euless
Road (County Road No. 3020) a distance of 250.35 feet;
THENCE S 10 54' E at a distance of 25.0 'Feet the South
line of said Bedford - Euless Road (County Road No. 3020),
a total distance of 225.0 feet;
THENCE West a distance of 251.07 feet to the West line
of said 20.07 acre tract;
THENCE N 10 42' W along the West line of said 20.07 acre
tract at a distance of 200.0 feet the South line of said
Bedford - Euless Road, a total distance of 225.0 feet to
place of beginning, containing 1.29 acres of land more or
less with approximately 0.14 acre occupied by said Bedford -
Euless Road leaving a net acreage of 1.15 acres or 50,116
square feet net of land more or less.
as specifically set forth in the development plan as submitted by
Applicant dated February 20, 1976, which development plan is on file
in the City of Euless Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning
Case No. 252."

Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance, or the
amendments to the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be
deemed guilty of a Misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not
more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), and each day such violation
shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense, as
provided by Ordinance No. 347 and subsequent amendments of the Euless
City Charter and Statutes of the State of Texas.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws
of the State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council on the 23rd day of March, 1976; GIVEN SECOND READING,
PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on
the 13th day of April , 1976, by a vote of 4 ayes and O nays.
