AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTIFIED AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS;
PROVIDING FOR A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT IN "1 -2" HEAVY
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT ZONING; PROVIDING.FOR DEVELOPMENT
OF THIS TRACT OF LAND TO BE DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO
APPROVED PLANS; AMENDING THE CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of
the City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended
to read as follows:
"That the zoning classification of the following described
property now zoned "1 -2" Heavy Industrial District be changed to "SP"
Specific Use Permit for Animal Shelter and Service Center;
The following described tract or parcel of land being a portion
of Block D, INTERNATLONAU REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, to the
City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded
on Page 41 of Volume 388 -75 in the Tarrant County Deed Records
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an old iron rod at the Northwest corner of Block
F, said INTERNATIONAL /REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX and being
N 00 07' 15" W a distance of 299.69 feet from an old iron
rod at the Southwest corner of said B1ock..F, said Southwest
corner of Block F being in the North line of South Pipe Line
Road;
THENCE N 890 56' 051" E along the North line of said Block F
a distance of 253.81 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 00 1.6' W a distance of 500.22 feet to an old iron rod;
THENCE S 890 44' W a distance of 254.9 feet to an iron rod in
the East line of West Park Way and also being S 00 16' E a
distance of 327.6 feet from an old iron rod at the intersection
of the projection of the South line of Regal Park Way with the
projection of the East line of said West Park Way;
THENCE S 00 16' E along the East line of said West Park Way
• distance of 220.4 feet to an iron rod at the beginning of
• circular curve to the right having a radius of 1052.44 feet;
THENCE Southwesterly along said curve and along the East line
of said West Park Way and through a central angle of 140 49'
45" a distance of 272.39 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE S 750 26' 15" E a distance of 37.39 feet to place of
beginning, containing 3.9 acres of land more or less.
as specifically set forth in the development plan as submitted by Applicant
dated March 26, 1976, which development plan is on file in the City of
Euless Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 253.

That the applicable use of land pursuant to the "1 -2" Heavy
Industrial District with a Specific Use Permit for an Animal Shelter
and a Service Center, as permitted by Section 7 -1002, City of Euless
Zoning Ordinance No. 347.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws
of the State of Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Euless,
Texas, on the 13th day of April, 1976.
