AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING AND AMMENDING THE OFFICIAL
BOUNDARIES OF THE VILLAGE OF EULESS, TEXAS, AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, under date of February 241 -, 1953, an order of incorp-
oration of the Village of Euless, 'T'exas, was duly executed by the
Hon. Gus Brown, County Judge of Tarrant County, Texas, as is re-
corded in Volume 45, Page 33, of the minutes of the Commissioner's
Court of Tarrant County, Texas, a copy- of which, with a plat and field.
notes designating the bounda_°i es of said Village attached thereto, as
by law provided, was duly recorded in Volume 2532, page 316 Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas; and
WHEREAS, since such recording as aforementioned it has come to
the attention of the Board. of Aldermen of the said Village that certain
errors and omissions are contained therein., and the Board, of Aldermen
deem it to the best interest of the Village and its inhabitants to
correct such errors and ommi�sions, viliich the Board so finds;
NOW, iEREFOR.E; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOAF,D OF ALDERMEN OF THE
VILLAGE OF EULESS, TEXtkS:

as is shown in Volume 2532, Page 316, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
be and. is hereby corrected and amended to read as follo-us:
