AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTIFIED
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS;
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM "R -3" AND "R -4"
MULTI - FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO "R -5" MULTI - FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS
TRACT OF LAND TO BE DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO APPROVED
PLANS; AMENDING THE CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS THAT:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended to read
as follows:
"That the zoning classification of the following described property
now zoned 1111-3" and "R -4" Multi - Family Dwelling District be changed to 1111-5"
Multi- Family Dwelling District on property described as follows:
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being
situated in the JAMES MATSON SURVEY, A -1080, City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas and further described by metes and
bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at a steel rod in the North R. 0. W. line of
Pipeline Road, said point being the Southwest corner of
a tract of land conveyed to Crumley, Lunt & Dobkins as
recorded in Volume 3326, Page 203, Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas;
THENCE North with fence line and West line of said Crumley,
Lunt & Dobkins tract a distance of 251.93 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING OF HEREIN DESCRIBED TRACT:
THENCE North 814.93 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 88 degrees 26 minutes 05 seconds East a
distance of 449.66 feet to a point for corner in the
West R.O.W. line of West Parkway;
THENCE with the said West R.O.W. line of West Parkway
the following calls and distance:
SOUTHERLY with said curve to the left, having a radius of 709.04
feet a distance of 241.93 feet to a point, the end of said curve;
SOUTH 10 degrees 20 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 409.43
feet to a point the beginning of a curve to the right;
SOUTHERLY with said curve to the right radius 1109.33 feet a
distance of 159.30 feet to a point, the end of said curve;
THENCE South 89 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of
549.63 feet to the point of beginning and containing 9.0 acres
of land, more or less.
as specifically set forth in the development plan as submitted by Applicant
dated September 22, 1977, which development plan is on file in the City of
Euless Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 263.

Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance, or the
amendments to the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than
Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), and each day such violation shall be permitted
to exist shall constitute a separate offense, as provided by Ordinance No.
347 and subsequent amendments of the Euless City Charter and Statutes of
the State of Texas.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the State
of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council on the 22nd day of November, 1977; GIVEN SECOND READING,
PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on
the 13th day of December , 1977, by a vote of 4 ayes and 1 nays.
