AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTIFIED
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS;
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM "PD" PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT TO 1111-4" MULTI - FAMILY MEDIUM DENSITY
DWELLING DISTRICT AND "C -1" NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS
DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS TRACT OF
LAND TO BE DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO APPROVED PLANS;
AMENDING THE CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of
the City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No, 347, be amended to
read as follows:
"That the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "PD" Planned Development be changed
to "R -4" Multi- Family Medium Density Dwelling District
and "C -1" Neighborhood Business District on property
described as follows:
"R -4" Multi - Familv Medium Densitv Dwellina District
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land being part of Lot
4 -A, Block 3, Wilshire Village, Euless, Tarrant County,
Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the West right of way line of
Wilshire Drive, said point being 221.74 feet South 0
degrees 32 minutes East from the Northeast corner of said
Lot 4 -A, Block 3;
THENCE South 0 degrees 32 minutes East, with said West
right of way line of Wilshire Drive, 470.0 feet to a steel
rod, the Southeast corner of said Lot 4 -A;
THENCE South 89 degrees 13 minutes West 151.46 feet to a
steel rod in the West line of said Lot 4 -A;
THENCE North 0 degrees 17 minutes West, with said West
line of Lot 4 -A, 470.0 feet to a point;
THENCE North 89 degrees 13 minutes East 142.41 feet to
the place of beginning and containing 1.557 acres of
land, more or less.
''C -1" Neighborhood Business District
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land being part of
Tract 4 -A, Block 3, Wilshire Village, Euless, Tarrant
County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Tract 4 -A,
Block 3, the intersection of the South right of way line
of State Spur 350 and the West right of way line of
Wilshire Drive;
THENCE South 0 degrees 32 minutes East with said West
right of way line of Wilshire Drive, 221.74 feet to a
point;
THENCE South 89 degrees 13 minutes West 142.41 feet to a
point in the West line of said Tract 4 -A, Block 3;
THENCE North 0 degrees 17 minutes West with said West
line 224.3 feet to a point in said South right of way
line of State Spur 350;
THENCE North 89 degrees 39 minutes East with said South
right of way line of State Spur 350, 138.09 feet to the
place of beginning and containing 0.7 acres of land,
more or less.
as specifically set forth in the development plan as submitted by Applicant
dated May 8, 1978, which development plan is on file in the City of Euless
Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 269."

Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance, or the
amendments to the Euless City Charter of 1962 hereby made, shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than
Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) and each day such violation shall be permitted
to exist shall constitute a separate offense, as provided by Ordinance No.
347 and subsequent amendments of the Euless City Charter and Statutes of
the State of Texas.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the
State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council on the 11th day of July, 1978; GIVEN SECOND READING, PASSED
AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the 25th day
of July, 1978, by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays.
