AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTIFIED
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS;
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM "PD" PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TO "R -2" TWO- FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS TRACT
OF LAND TO BE DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO APPROVED PLANS;
AMENDING THE CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS THAT:
1.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of
the City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended to
read as follows:
"That the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "PD" Planned Development be changed
to "R -2" Two - Family Dwelling District on property described
as follows:
The following described tract or parcel of land being a
portion of Tract A -R, Wilshire Village Square, to the
City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, according to the
revised plat recorded on Page 452 of Volume 388-58 in
the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Northwest corner of
Lot 1, Block 1, BELL RANCH TERRACE ADDITION, to the City
of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat
recorded on Page 52 of Volume 388 -S in the Tarrant
County Deed Records and being in the East line of said
Tract A -R;
THENCE S 10 21' E along the East line of said Tract A -R
a distance of 48.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast
corner of said Tract A -R and being the Northeast corner
of Lot 1, Block 1, WILSHIRE VILLAGE ADDITION, to the City
of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded
on Page 92 of Volume 388 -24 in the Tarrant County Deed
Records;
THENCE S 880 38' 05" W along the North line of said
WILSHIRE VILLAGE ADDITION a distance of 409.02 feet
to an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block
2, said WILSHIRE VILLAGE ADDITION and being the
Southwest corner of said Tract A -R and being in the
East line of Wilshire Drive;
THENCE N 10 22' 45" W along the East line of said
Wilshire Drive and along the West line of said Tract
A -R a distance of 488.17 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 890 44" E a distance of 409.57 feet to an
iron rod in the East line of said Tract A -R;
THENCE S 10 19' 10" E along the East line of said
Tract A -R a distance of 432.31 feet to place of beginning
containing 4.55 acres or 198,172 square feet of land
more or less;
as specifically set forth in the development plan as submitted by Applicant
dated May 23, 1978, which development plan is on file in the City of Euless
Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 270."

Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance, or the
amendments to the Euless City Charter of 1961_ hereby made, shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than
Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) and each day such violation shall be permitted
to exist shall constitute a separate offense, as provided by Ordinance No.
347 and subsequent amendments of the Euless City Charter and Statutes of
the State of Texas.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the
State of Texas.

PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council on the 25th day of July, 1978; GIVEN SECOND READING,
PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the
8th day of August, 1978, by a vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays.
