Euless City Council
March 28, 1962
A special called meeting of the Euless City
Council was held on March 28, 1962. Present were Mayor J. S. Anderson,
Councilmen Billy Byers, Roy Braswell, Billy Owens, and Bobby Fuller.

A motion was made by Councilman Byers, and
seconded by Councilman Fuller, that the City accpet the revised plat of Oakwood
Terrace Addition, Fifth Installment, as presented by Mr. Douglas of Tri-Cities
Development Corporation, on the condition that Tri-Cities Development Corporation
maintain responsibility for and provide adequate storm sewer facilities to
conduct all water across their property. This
will be done as soon as engineering
permits. The vote in favor was unanimous.
