AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 347 IDENTIFIED
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS;
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM " "PD" PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT WITH NO DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVED TO "PD"
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PLAN;
PROVIDING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS.TRACT OF LAND TO BE
DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO APPROVED PLANS; AMENDING THE
CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended to
read as follows:
"That the zoning classification of the following described property,
now zoned "PD" Planned Development with no development plan
approved be changed to "PD" Planned Development with approved
development plan for an apartment office, clubhouse, and
garages on property described as follows:
The following described tract or parcel of land, being a portion
of Tract 12, Ray Shelton Subdivision, Tarrant County, Texas,
and being situated in the B. F. Crowley Survey, A -320, Tarrant
County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning in the south line of said Tract 12, said Ray
Shelton Subdivision and being west a distance of 661.0 feet from
the southeast corner of said Tract 12;
Thence N 0 14' 20" E a distance of 330.0 feet to the north
line of said Tract 12;
Thence west along the north line of said Tract 12 a distance
of 84.0 feet;
Thence S 0 14' 20" W a distance of 330.0 feet to the south
line of said Tract 12;
Thence east along the south line of said Tract 12 a distance
of 84.0 feet to place of beginning, containing 0.636 acre or
27,000 square feet of land more or less
as specifically set forth in the development plan as submitted by Applicant
dated December 6, 1978, which development plan is on file in the City of
Euless Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 277."

Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance, or the
amendments to the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than
Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) and each day such violation shall be permitted
to exist shall constitute a separate offense, as provided by Ordinance No.
347 and subsequent amendments of the Euless City Charter and Statutes of
the State of Texas.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the
State of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council on the 13th day of February, 1979; GIVEN SECOND READING,
PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the
27th day of February, 1979, by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays.
