AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTIFIED
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS;
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM "R -1" SINGLE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO "R -3 MULTI - FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT - 12 UNITS PER ACRE; PROVIDING
FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS TRACT OF LAND TO BE
DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO APPROVED PLANS; AMENDING THE
CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended to read
as follows:
That the zoning Classification of the following described
property, now zoned "R -1" Single Family Dwelling District
be change to "R -3" Multi- Family Dwelling District, 12 units
per acre.
The following described tract or parcel of land being Tract
6, Ray Shelton Subdivision, Tarrant County, Texas, and situated
in the B. J. Crowley Survey, A -320, Tarrant County, Texas, and
also being the same tract as conveyed as the west one -half of
Tract 6 to R. Bridges on Page 631 of Volume 5848 in the
Tarrant County Deed Records and as the east one -half of Tract 6
to Coy Moon on Page 266 of Volume 5845 in the Tarrant County
Deed Records and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Tract 6 and being in
the north line of Harwood Road;
Thence north a distance of 1312.0 feet to the northeast corner
of said Tract 6 and being the northwest corner of Meadowview
Addition, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas;
Thence west a distance of 330.0 feet to the northwest corner
of said Tract 6;
Thence south a distance of 1312.0 feet to the southwest corner
of said Tract 6 and being in the north line of said Harwood
Road;
Thence east along the north line of said Harwood Road a distance
of 330.0 feet to place of beginning
as specifically set forth in the development plan submitted by Applicant
dated January 2, 1979, which development plan is on file in the City of
Euless Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 279.

Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance or the amendments
of the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be deemed guilty of a
Misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than Two Hundred Dollars
($200.00), and each day such violation shall be permitted to exist shall
constitute a separate offense, as provided by Ordinance No. 347 and subsequent
amendments of the Euless City Charter and Statutes of the State of Texas.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the State of
Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the Euless
City Council on the 27th day of February, 1979; GIVEN SECOND READING, PASSED
AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the 13th
day of March, 1979, by a vote of 4 ayes and 1 nays.
