AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTIFIED
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS;
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM "R -1" SINGLE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO "L -1" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS TRACT OF
LAND TO BE DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO APPROVED PLANS;
AMENDING THE CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS THAT:
1.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of
the City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended
to read as follows:
That the zoning classification of the following described
property, now zoned "R -1" Single Family Dwelling District
be changed to 11-1" Limited Industrial District on property
described as follows:
TRACT 4E
BEING a 4.865 acre tract of land out of the Levi Franklin
Survey, A -513, Tarrant County, Texas, and being described
by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING 265.5 varas north and 91.4 feet east of the south-
west corner of said Franklin Survey, said point also being
in the east R.O.W. line of Farm to Market Road No. 157;
THENCE north 04 degrees 12 minutes west along said east
R.O.W. line of Farm to Market Road No. 157 a distance of
188.8 feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE north 89 degrees 35 minutes east with a fence line a
distance of 1130.1 feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE south with fence line a distance of 188.8 feet to a
steel rod for corner;
THENCE south 89 degrees 59 minutes west with fence line a
distance of 1115.0 feet to the place of beginning, and
containing 4.865 acres of land, more or less.

BEING a 4.912 acre tract of land out of the Levi Franklin
Survey, A -513, Tarrant County, Texas, and being described
by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 2" iron post in the north line of a tract of
land deeded to John Grebs et ux as shown in Volume 2936 Page
147 Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, 6.5 ft. north 890
21' east from the northwest corner of said tract. Said point
also being 1114.7 ft. north and 50.0 ft. east and 6.5 ft.
north 890 21' east from the southwest corner of the Levi
Franklin Survey Abstract No. 513 in Tarrant County, Texas.
Said post also being the northeast corner of a tract of land
deeded to the State of Texas as shown in Volume 2996 Page 600
D. R. T. C. T.
THENCE north 890 21' east with the north line of said Grebs
tract and the south line of a tract of land as shown in Volume
3962 Page 220 D. R. T. C. T. and along and with fence line
1141.8 ft. an iron pin the northeast corner of said Greb tract
and the southeast corner of said tract in Volume 3962 Page 220.
THENCE south 00 24' east with fence line 188.47 ft. an iron
pin the southeast corner of said Grebs tract.
THENCE south 890 20' 20" west along and with the north and
south lines of said tract and fence line 1127.87 ft. an iron pin
the southeast corner of said tract of land deeded to the State
of Texas as shown in Volume 2996 Page 600 D. R. T. C. T.
THENCE north 40 37' 27" west with the east line of said State
of Texas tract 189.14 ft. to the place of beginning.
as specifically set forth in the development plan submitted by Applicant
dated January 4, 1979, which development plan is on file in the City of
Euless Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 280.

Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance or the amendments
of the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be deemed guilty of a
Misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than Two Hundred Dollars
($200.00), and each day such violation shall be permitted to exist shall
constitute a separate offense, as provided by Ordinance No. 347 and subsequent
amendments of the Euless City Charter and Statutes of the State of Texas.
3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the State of
Texas.

PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the Euless
City Council on the 27th day of February, 1979; GIVEN SECOND READING, PASSED
AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on the 13th
day of March, 1979, by a vote of 5 _ ayes and 0 nays.
