AN ORDINANCE RECEIVING AND ANNEXING TERRITORY
ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO TII:`; CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS; PROVIDING THAT SUCH AREA S.tiALL BECOME A
PANT OF SAID CITY AND THAT THE OWNERS AND IN-
HABITANTS THEREOF SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ALL THE
PRIVILEGES OF OTHER CITIZENS OF SAID CITY, AND
BE BOUND BY THE ACTS AND ORDINANCES NOW IN EFFECT
AND TO BE HEREINAFTER ADOPTED; FURTHER PROVIDING
FOR AMENDING AND CORRECTING THE OFFICIAL BOUNDARIES
OF SAID CITY, AS HERETOFORE ADOPTED AS AMENDED, AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Acts of 1953, 53rd
Legislature, Page 357, Chapter 93, codified as Article 974HG, Revised
Civil Statutes of Texas, Wynne Snoots and wife, [ZLiznhci4_ , Snoots,
owners of the real property .hereinafter described, having made appli-
cation as by law provided to the Mayor and City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, a tract of land consisting of 119.2 acres, more or
less, situated in the S. Tucker, R. Crowley and I. Crowley Surveys,
Tarrant County, Texas, more fully described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the West boundary line of the S.
J`.fucker Survey 237.5 varas North of the Southwest corner
of said survey;
THENCE, South 237.5 varas along the Kest boundary line of the
S. Tucker Survey to the Southwest corner of said survey;
THENCE, continuing South along the ?hest boundary line of the
R. Crowley Survey 3114 varas to a. point for corner;
THENCE, East 737 varas to a point for corner;
G THENCE, South 196 varas to the center of Little Bear Creek
for corner;
THENCE, in a Southeasterly direction along the meand.erings
of Little Bear Creek to a point where said Creels intersects
Bi•o Bear Creek, said point being in the I. Crowley Survey;
THENCE, in a Northerly direction along the meanderings of
Big Bear Creek to a point with North line of a 15.2 acre
tract as described in Volume 2769, Page 479, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE, West along the .North line of said 15.2 acre tract to
the I. Crowley Survey for corner;
THENCE, North a1ong the West boundary line of the I. Crowley
Survey 520 varas more or less to a point for corner, said. corner
being the Northwest corner of the I. Crowley Survey and the
Southeast corner of t.1le S. Tucker Survey;
THENCE, continuing North along the East boundary line of the
S. Tucker Survey 237.5 varas to a point for corner;
THENCE, West 950 varasto the point of beginning and containing
119.2 acres more or less out of the S. Tucker, R. Crowley and
I. Crowley Survdys, Tarrant County, Texas.
A plat of said land showing its location with respect to the City of
Euless, Texas, is attached hereto marked EXHIBIT "A ".

THAT, the property owners hereinabove described being adjacent
and contiguous to the City Limits of Euless, Texas, be and is hereby
annexed and brought within the Corporate Limits of said City and is
hereby made an integral part thereof.
2.
TH.Wr, the owners and inhabitants of the area herein annexed be
entitled to all of the rights and privileges of other citizens and
property owners of said City and be bound by all of the acts and
ordinances made in conformity thereto, now in full force and effect
and that which may be hereafter adopted.

TIIAT, the official man and boundaries of -the City of Euless,
Texas, as heretofore adopted and amended, be and is hereby amended so
as to include the aforementioned territory as part of the City of
Euless, Texas.

THIS, ordinance shall become effective and be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and
duly attested by the City epret ry. --'
