AN ORDINANCE RECEIVING AND ANNEXING TERRITORY
ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS; PROVIDING THAT SUCH AREA SMALL BECOME A
PART OF SAID CITY AND THAT THE OWNERS AND IN-
HABITANTS THEREOF SMALL BE ENTITLED TO ALL THE
PRIVILEGES OF OTHER CITIZENS OF SAID CITY, AND
BE BOUND BY THE ACTS AND ORDINANCES NOW IN EFFECT
AND TO BE HEREINAFTER ADOPTED; FURTHER PROVIDING
FOR AMENDING AND CORRECTING THE OFFICIAL BOUNDARIES
OF SAID CITY, AS HERETOFORE ADOPTED AS AMENDED, AND
PROVIDING TOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Acts of 1953, 53rd
Legislature, Page 357, Chapter 93, codified as Article 974�G, Devised
Civil Statutes of Texas, Royce E. Wisenbaker, of Tarrant County, Texas,
owner of the real property hereinafter described, having made application
as by law provided to the Mayor and City Council of the City of Euless,
Texas, a tract of land consisting of 57.28 acres, more or less, situated
in the E. Rogers Survey, Tarrant County, Texas, more fully described
by metes and bounds as follows
BEGINNING at a. point in the North line of County Road No. 3005,
a City Limit Line of Euless, Texas, in the E. Rogers Survey,
487 varas East of the Southwest corner of said Survey;
THENCE? North 1 degree 27 minutes West 116 varas to a point for
corner;
THENCE, North 89 degrees 53 minutes East 100 varas to the West
line of County road No, 3166 for corner;
THENCE, North alongthe West line of County Ro.= d No. 3166 to the
North line of the E. Rogers Survey;
THENCE, West along the North boundary line of the Rogers Survey
390 varas to a ;point for corner;
THENCB, South 987 varas to the place of beginning.
A plat of said land showing its location with respect to the City of
Euless, Texas, is attached hereto marked EXKIBIT "A09.

THAT, the property owners hereinabo:'e described being adjacent
and contiguous to the City Limits of Euless, Texas, be and is hereby
annexed and brought within the Corporate Limits of said City and is
hereby made an integral part thereof.

THAT, the owners and inhabitants of the area herein annexed be
entitled to all of the rights and privileges of other citizens and
property owners of said City and be bound by all of the acts and
ordinances made in conformity thereto, now in full force and effect and
that which may be hereafter adopted.

TEAT, the official map a.nd.boundaries of the City of Euless, Texas,
as heretofore adopted and. amended, be and is hereby amended so as to
include the aforementioned territory as part of the City of Euless,
Texas.

Ti -IIS, ordinance shall become effective and be in full force and
effect fromand after its passage and approval by the Mayor and duly
attested by the City Secretary.
