AN ORDINANCE RECEIVING AND ANNEXING TERRITORY
ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS; PROVIDING THAT SUCH AREA SHALL BECOME
A PART OF SAID CITY AND THAT SUCH OWNERS AND
INHABITANTS THEREOF SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ALL
THE PRIVILEGES OF OTHER CITIZENS OF SAID CITY,
AND BE BOUND BY THE ACTS AND ORDINANCES NOW
IN EFFECT AND TO BE HEREINAFTER ADOPTED;
FURTHER PROVIDING FOR AMENDING AND CORRECTING
THE OFFICIAL BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY, AS HERE-
TOFORE ADOPTED AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the }provisions of the Acts of 1953, 53rd
Legislature, Page 357, Chapter 93, codified as Article 974. -G, Revised
Civil Statutes of Texas, Royce E. Wisenbaker, of Tarrant County,
Texas, owner of the real property hereinafter described, having made
application as by law provided to the Mayor and City Council of the
City of 'Euless, Texas, a tract of land consisting of 10,04 acres
more or less, situated in the E. Rogers Survey, Tarrant County, Texas,
more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the North Boundary Lane of the
E, Rogers Survey where salve intersects the West Line of
County Road No. 3166, a City Limit Line of Euless, Texas;
THENCE, East along the North boundary line of the Rogers
Survey 465 varas to a Point for corner;
THENCE, South parallel 'to the East boundary line of the
Rogers Survey 164 varas to a point for corner;
THENCE, West 302 varas to a point for corner;
THENCE, North 142 varas to a point for corner;
THENCE, West 149 varas to the West Line of County Road No.
3166 for corner;
THENCE, North along the West Line of 3166 to the place of
beginning and containing 10.04- acres out of the E. Rogers
Survey.
A plat of said land showing its location with respect to the City of
Euless, Texas, is attached hereto marked EXHIBIT "A".

THAT, the property owners hereinabove described being adjacent
and contiguous to the City Limits of Euless, Texas, be and is hereby
annexed and brought within the Corporate Limits of said City and is
hereby made an integral part thereof.

THA`.C, the owners and inhabitants of the area herein annexed be
entitled to all of the rights and privileges of other citizens and
property owners of said City and be bound by all of the acts and
ordinances made in conformity thereto, now in full force and effect
and that which may be hereafter adopted.

THAT, the official map and boundaries of the City of Euless,
Texas, as heretofore adopted and amended, be and is hereby amended
so as to include the aforementioned territory as part of the City
of Euless, Texas.

TIIIS, ordinance shall become effective and be
and effect from and after its passage and approval
duly attested by the City Secretary.
