AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING COUNTY ROAD NO. 3091 (PIPE
LINE ROAD) FROM EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF THE P. SOWELL
SURVEY, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, TO THE WEST RIGHT -OF -WAY
LIME OF COUNTY ROAD NO. 3094 (BEDFORD-ARLINGTON ROAD)
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
THAT the entire right -of -Jay of County Road. No. 3091 (Pipe Line
Road) running from the East Boundary Line of the P. Sowell Survey,
Tarrant County, Texas, being also the East City Limit Line of the
City of Hurst, Texas, to a point in the West right -of-way line
of County Road No. 3094 (Bedford - Arlington Road) said point being
also a City Limit Line of Euless, Texas, be and is hereby annexed
to the City of Euless, Texas, and made an integral part thereof.

TtIAT the official ma-p of the City of Euless, Texas, be and is
hereby amended to read accordingly,

THIS ordinance shall become effective and be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and publication thereof,
