AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33, SECTION 12; SUB-
SECTION "C "; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
THAT, Ordinance No. 33, Section 12, Sub-- section "C" (width of
lots) be amended to read as follows:
Width of Lots: The minimum ui dth of a lot shall be sixty
(60) feet at the front building line, provided that where a
lot has less width than herein required in separate ownership
at the time of the passage of this ordinance, this regulation
will not prohibit the erection of one single family dwellings.
2.
THIS ordinance shall be effective and in full force and effect
upon its adoption,
