AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING A PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD 3091
( PIPE LINE ROAD), TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS; PROVIDING
THAT SUCH PORTION OF SAID ROAD SHALE. BECOME A PART
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR AMENDING
AND CORRECTING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY AS AMENDED
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, County Road 3091 (Pipe Line Road) Tarrant County,
Texas, has become a heavily traveled road and the traffic of motor ve-
hicles is creating a safety hazard; and
WHEREAS the City Council of Euless, Texas deems it advisable
to place such road under its jurisdiction for policing purposes which.

NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Euless,
Texas;
to-wit:
SECTION I.
THAT the following described road in Tarrant County, Texas,
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the East line
of the bitty House Survey, Tarrant County, Texas, with
the South Right --of -Way line of County Road 3091 (Pipe
Line Road), said beginning point being in the present
City Limits of the City of Euless, Texas;
THENCE North with said City Limits to the North Right -of-
Way line of County Road 3091 (Pipe Line Road);
THENCE East with the North Right-of-Way line of County
Road 3091 (Pipe Line Road), 1357 feet, more or less, to
the present City Limits of the City of Euless, Texas;
THENCE South with said City Limits to the South Right -of--
Way line of County Road 3091 (P'ipe Line Road);
THENCE West with the South Right-of-Way line of County
Road 3091 (Pipe Lire Road), 1357 feet, more or less, to
tlx point of beginning;
be and is hereby annexed and brought within the corporate limits and
made an integral part of the City of Euless, Texas, and that the offi"
cial map and the boundaries or the City of Euless, Texas, as heretofore
adopted and amended, be amended so as to include the aforementioned
road as a part of the City.
SECTION II.
This ordinance shall become effeStive and be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption
