AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 347 IDENTIFIED
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS;
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM "C -1" NEIGHBOR-
HOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT TO "C -2" COMMUNITY BUSINESS
DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS TRACT OF
LAND TO BE DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO APPROVED PLANS;
AMENDING THE CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
I.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended to read
as follows:
That the zoning classification of the following described
property now zoned "C -1" Neighborhood Business District
be changed to "C -2" Community Business District.
Field Notes of part of Tract A, Municipal Service Company
of Texas Subdivision, Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, as
recorded in Volume 388 -26, Page 11, Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas and being described by metes and bounds as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Tract A, said
point being in East R. 0. W. line of Byers Avenue;
Thence South 98 degrees 16 minutes East fence line a
distance of 485.3 feet to a steel rod, said point being
the Northeast corner of Said Tract A;
Thence South 0 degrees 06 minutes West with fence line
133.4 feet to a steel rod in proposed Northerly R. 0. W.
line of State Highway Spur #350 as recorded in Volume
3862, Page 102, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas
Thence along said Northerly R. 0. W. line in a South-
westerly direction with a curve to the left, radius of
3039.79 feet, 490.13 feet to a steel rod in the said East
R. 0. W. line of Byers Avenue;
Thence North 0 degrees 11 minutes East along said East
R. 0. W. line of Byers Avenue 209.9 feet to the place
of beginning.
as specifically set forth in the development plan submitted by Applicant
dated March 22, 1979, which development plan is on file in the City of
Euless Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 282.

That the applicable use of land pursuant to Section 7 -500, City
of Euless Zoning Ordinance No. 347, being subject to Section 10 -103, a
solid masonry screening fence is required.
3.
Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance or the
amendments of the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be deemed
guilty of a Misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than Two
Hundred Dollars ($200.00), and each day such violation shall be permitted
to exist shall constitute a separate offense, as provided by Ordinance No.
347 and subsequent amendments of the Euless City Charter and Statutes of
the State of Texas.
4.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the State
of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council on the 24th day of April, 1979; GIVEN SECOND READING,
PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on
the 8th day of May, 1979, by a vote of ayes and :59 nays.
