AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION
OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT SITUATED ON LOT 3
AND LOT 4, ROSS CANNON ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
EULESS, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS; AND DECLARING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The City Council of the City of Euless,
has determined that the portion of the public
specifically described, is not being used by,
public in general; therefore, it constitutes
sponding public benefit, and the public would
by its vacation and abandonment.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
The portion of the public utility easement situated in the Ross Cannon
Addition to the City of Euless, particularly described in Exhibit 1 attached
hereto and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes, is hereby
vacated and abandoned as a public utility easement.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage as
provided by law.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN first reading on the 8th day of May, 1979, at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas; GIVEN SECOND
READING, PASSED AND APPROVED on the 22nd day of May , 1979, by a vote
of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Euless, Texas.

EXHIBIT N0, 1
Being that portion of that certain public utility easement situated in
Lots 3 and 4, Ross Cannon Addition to the City of Euless, Tarrant County,
Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
Being a 5 foot wide utility easement parallel to and all on the south side of
the north lines of said Lots 3 and 4, Ross Cannon Addition, City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas as recorded in Vol. 388 -F, Page 17, Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Texas.
