AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTIFIED
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS;
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM "R -1" SINGLE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO "PD" PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
FOR AN OFFICE COMPLEX; PROVIDING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF
THIS TRACT OF LAND TO BE DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO APPROVED
PLANS; AMENDING THE CITY OF EULESS ZONING MAP AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended to read
as follows:
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land lying in the
T. Jasper Survey, Abstract 861, Tarrant County, Texas;
said tract or parcel of land being part of a 25 acre
tract as recorded in Volume 2544, Page 319, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas, and further described by metes and
bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at a Texas Highway Department momument in South
right of way line of Spur 350, said point being the North-
west corner of said 25 acre tract;
THENCE North 89 degrees 53 minutes 40 seconds East with
said South right of way Spur 350 a distance of 833.03 feet
to a steel rod, THE POINT OF BEGINNING of the HEREIN
DESCRIBED TRACT;
THENCE North 89 degrees 53 minutes 40 seconds East along
said South right of way line 300.0 feet to a steel rod;
THENCE South 0 degrees 30 minutes East, with East line of
said 10 acre tract, a distance of 1251.82 feet to its
Southeast corner; said point being in the North line of
Block 14, Wilshire Village Addition, Section 5 to the City
of Euless, according to plat recorded in Volume 388 -34,
Page 1, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 89 degrees 25 minutes 25 seconds West with
said North line of Block 14, Wilshire Village Addition and
South line said 10 acre tract a distance of 340.0 feet to
a steel rod for corner, the Southwest corner of said 10
acre tract;
THENCE South 1 degree 13 minutes 30 seconds East a distance
of 170.48 feet to a steel rod for corner in North line of
said Block 14, Wilshire Village Addition;
THENCE South 88 degrees 38 minutes 20 seconds West with said
North line a distance of 105.23 feet to a steel rod for
corner;
THENCE North 1 degree 13 minutes 30 seconds West 1027.54
feet to a steel rod;
THENCE North 89 degrees 53 minutes 40 seconds East 156.08
feet to a steel rod;
THENCE North 0 degrees 30 minutes West 400.0 feet to the
place of beginning and containing 12.00 acres of land.
as specifically set forth in the development plan submitted by Applicant
dated April 5, 1979, which development plan is on file in the City of Euless
Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 285.

Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance or the
amendments of the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be deemed
guilty of a Misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than Two
Hundred Dollars ($200.00), and each day such violation shall be permitted
to exist shall constitute a separate offense, as provided by Ordinance No.
347 and subsequent amendments of the Euless City Charter and Statutes of
the State of Texas.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the State
of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council on the 8th day of May, 1979; GIVEN SECOND READING,
PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on
the 22nd day of May, 1979, by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays.
