AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 347 IDENTIFIED
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS;
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF ZONING FROM ''C -2" COMMUNITY
BUSINESS TO 111 -1" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; PROVIDING
FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS TRACT OF LAND TO BE DEVELOPED
ACCORDING TO APPROVED PLANS; AMENDING THE CITY OF
EULESS ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 347, be amended to read
as follows:
The following described tract or parcel of land being
a portion of Lot IA and Lot 2, Block 3, Euless Industrial
Park, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas and
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Lot lA and
being in the West line of Pamela Drive;
THENCE South along the West line of said Pamela Drive
a distance of 37.18 feet;
THENCE South 670 18' 20" West a distance of 307.4 feet
to the West line of said Lot 2;
THENCE North along the West line of said Block 3 a
distance of 155.78 feet to the Northwest corner of said
Lot IA;
THENCE East a distance of 283.6 feet to place of
beginning, containing 0.63 acre of land more or less.
as specifically set forth in the development plan submitted by Applicant
dated May 24, 1979, which development plan is on file in the City of Euless
Zoning Records and file attached to Zoning Case No. 286.

Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance or the
amendments of the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made, shall be deemed
guilty of a Misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than Two
Hundred Dollars ($200.00), and each day such violation shall be permitted
to exist shall constitute a separate offense, as provided by Ordinance No.
347 and subsequent amendments of the Euless City Charter and Statutes of
the State of Texas.
3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as provided by the Euless City Charter and the laws of the State
of Texas.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING at a regular meeting of the
Euless City Council on the 26th day of June, 1979; GIVEN SECOND READING,
PASSED AND APPROVED at a regular meeting of the Euless City Council on
the 10th day of July, 1979, by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays.
