AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED AS THE
TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE, CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNATION IN
CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO CONIFORM WITH
SUCH AMENDAMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
1WHER:EAS, the Zoning commission of the City of Euless, Texas, after
consideration of application from the owner of real property herein des-
cribed, situated within said City, and having held public hearing there-
on, in which all interested owners of property in the vicinity of said
realty were given ample and sufficient opportunity of be heard in con -
nedtion with saud application, have recommended to the City Council a
change in designation of said tract, and as by law provided publication
of notice of final hearing on said recommlendation to be held before
the City Council was had by publishing same in the Mid- Cities News, the
official Newspaper of the City on the 19th day of Decer-foer, 1957, and
after said public hearing being held in accordance with said notice in
which all owners of prop�,rty in the City of Euless, Texas, were given
ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard, the City Council deems it
to the best interest of said City and its inhabitants that such re-
corrmiendation be approved.

EULESS, TEXAS:

It is hereby ordered that the official distract Zoning. Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being; a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to
read as follows:
That the designation of the remainder of the following
described tract of land that lies North of a line 300 feet
from the parallel to the North R.O.W. line of Highway No.
183, to -wit:
Lying and situated in Tarrant County, Te7�as, and being a part
of the Kitty House Survey, Tarrant County, Texas, described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a. steel for the Northeast corner of this tract on
the South R.O.V. of County Road ;3091, same being 1544.1 feet
West of the Northeast corner of the Kitty House Survey, Tarrant
County, Texas
THENCE South 300 feet to a steel rod for corner;
TiiENCE :4est 195 feet for corner;
Thence North 30 feet to a point for corner inthe South R.O.W.
of County Road ;13091;
TH.ENC:E East with the South R.O.W. line of County Road #3091,
195 feet to the place of beginning?:; owned by O.S. Dobkins and
R. Lu. McGinty,
be and is hereby changed from "A" Single Family Dwelling District
to "C" Commercial District.

THIS Ordinance shall be in :full force and effect from and after
the date of its passage by law provided.
ADOPTED this 14 day of January, A. D. 1955.
